These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and form a general baseline for RatedSolTech services. A proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other signed contract will control if it conflicts with these terms.
Acceptance and scope
By using this website or engaging RatedSolTech, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. Website content is provided for general information and is not a binding offer.
Services and estimates
Services, deliverables, schedules, assumptions, acceptance criteria, and team arrangements are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Early estimates are based on information available at the time and may change when requirements, dependencies, or scope change.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely decisions, accurate requirements, access to necessary systems and materials, lawful instructions, stakeholder availability, and permissions for content or data supplied to us. Delays in these dependencies may affect schedule and cost.
Fees and payment
Fees, currency, taxes, expenses, milestones, and payment dates are stated in the relevant commercial document. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due by the stated date. We may pause work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of materials, tools, know-how, and intellectual property it owned before the engagement. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is governed by the signed agreement and normally transfers only after full payment. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting platforms, APIs, libraries, marketplaces, payment providers, or other third parties. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are outside our control, and clients are responsible for accounts and fees assigned to them.
Confidentiality
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the relationship. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public without breach, already known lawfully, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Warranties and disclaimers
We aim to perform services professionally and in accordance with the signed scope. Except for express written commitments, the website and services are provided without implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific commercial results, or error-free third-party systems.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, data, or opportunity. Any aggregate liability will be subject to the limitation stated in the applicable signed agreement.
Termination
Termination rights are defined in the applicable agreement. On termination, the client remains responsible for approved work and non-cancellable commitments incurred through the effective date. Provisions intended to survive, including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability terms, will continue.
Governing law
Unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through direct discussion before pursuing formal remedies.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and date. Questions can be sent to info@ratedsoltech.com or to 2JV7+C45, Dera Ghazi Khan, Pakistan.
